Founder/Chief Concierge
Dawn is the Founder and Chief Concierge of Prime Concierge, and has over 20 years' experience in guest services having previously worked at premier luxury hotel and golf resorts in Arizona, before launching the company in 2017. She is originally from Boston, MA, and has been a resident of Arizona since 2001. Dawn is an avid golf, hiker and traveler, which gives her a unique perspective to help her create exciting vacation experiences for her clients. She studied Recreational Management at Scottsdale Community College, and currently resides in Fountain Hills with her partner and two adorable dogs.
Virginia Santens
Chief Financial Officer
Virginia is the Chief Financial Officer of Prime Concierge, and has over 20 years' experience in the hospitality and travel industry both in the U.S. and internationally working for global companies. Aside from running the day-to-day operations, Virginia provides clients with pre-arrival services and travel assistance to ensure their trip is a memorable one. A native of Chicago, IL, Virginia is fluent in French and speaks moderate Spanish, and enjoys golfing and exploring the many hiking trails in Arizona. She graduated with honors from Loyola University in Chicago earning her B.S. in Finance; and currently resides in Fountain Hills with her partner and two spunky pups.

I rarely find businesses that I feel strongly about, but your services and communication were top notch! I'd unquestionably use Prime Concierge again, and likely will have some people I can send your way as well.
The house was beautiful with a good location...it was immaculate and very clean. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and just amazing backyard views of the mountains. We would highly recommend staying at this property. Dawn went above and beyond, and was very responsive. Our goal was to have a staycation, and that's exactly what we did! It was a huge plus that we were able to take our four-legged friend. When we had questions, Dawn was quick to respond and was very friendly.

My best friend and I went down to Scottsdale for an "empty-nester girl's trip", and we were WOW'd from the moment we first drove up to the property. The home was amazing, pristine, and very welcoming with light music playing when we walked in. It had incredible 360-degree mountain views from the rooftop area, and we enjoyed the relaxing pool area everyday. But what really made our stay truly above and beyond was Dawn. She suggested the perfect activities for us that she booked. We went horsebackriding in Cave Creek; and had in-house massages. We were so grateful that Dawn took care of everything for us so this truly felt like a real getaway for us. We felt so VIP. We would totally book this trip again!
